Sometimes the problem of the pollution comes from that there are not available dumps.

First, a large area of people share my complaint, since it is not a dumpster near but a single container far enough.

On the other hand, many people do not go to this container of garbage, I suppose that for lack of time, laziness... and piled up in a corner that the smell is unbearable and is frowned upon for the people.

To avoid this situation, I insist that the people could arrange of more containers of garbages for the recycling of this one and to take care of our village.

The problems that imply the increse of sand is that there have been accidents over the years. Especially the people who use the motorcycle and motorbike because they are always the main victims.

On the other hand, the young people would like a party in new year's Eve or, for example, Sant Joan. Furthermore, you could always collect money from each ticket.

In conclusion, you should hire workers to clean the town's streets of the sand,

Moreover, you should organize parties in Arenys de Munt. Do not forget you can always ask for help from young people. They would love to help.

I suggest building a ''half''' next to the sports center because young people could enjoy it more.

There is just a remote control cars circuit that no one use because there is not enought  people who have remote control cars.

I’m writing to express my concern about bus station of La Creueta. The courent bus stop is far away of the most part of the residential area and this is a prolem for a males.

Frist of all, the second detour of the residential area is damaged and the bus can not drive there. This is a problem for the cars and motorbikes because the roots of tres make holes in asphalt and this detour is dangerous for old vehicles.

I propouse remodeling this detour because the bus can drive there and I strongly urge to settle a bus station in the central place of the residential area. This remodeling improve the quality of live of the inhabitans of La Creueta.

I am writing to complain you about last New Year’s Eve in Arenys de Munt. My friends and I were extremely sad with the non-party celebrated at the village. We wanted to stay calm, because is our village, and get the most out of our party.

The problems repeats in each season, the young people look for any activity associated with them and they not find any interesting. The last party was the night of New Year’s Eve. The people should go to the town square to ate the grape and anything more. All of younger went out and the village go unfilled.

In view of the sad situation we experienced, I suggest using places like Can Jalpí to do these kinds of parties. It not has to be a big party, only a site with music that we could listen to music, dance and laugh.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with public transport in Arenys de Munt. I have noticed that people have several problems to move to the capital. Villagers spend a lot of time travelling every day.

In order to go to Barcelona, people need to catch the train in Arenys de Mar station. For that, they firstly need to get on the bus in Arenys de Munt. The main problem is the infrequent bus service, there is only a bus in every hour. Hence, students and workers are waiting a lot of time either on the bus station or on the train station.

I would like to suggest increasing the bus frequency, especially during rush hour. Moreover, you may wish to consider synchronize the bus and train timetables so as not to be too long waiting. I would be grateful if you consider my proposal.

My name is Júlia Aymà Colomer. I live in Arenys de Munt and I am writing to you to express my disagreement about the realization of the urbanization project of the RIERA carried out in our village.

On one hand, the main problem is the procedure used when choosing the project carried out. I think that even though a margin of one week was given to present allegations to the project chosen, it would have been more constructive to offer three different projects and decide a date to make a referendum and vote them in. The Riera’s paving is a very important topic for the citizens and, from my point of view, the town’s hall should have given more importance to the popular opinion, which also organized a signature's collection against the project without raising any consideration by the town’s government.

On the other hand, the chosen project has not taken into account the commercial environment of the village (based on retail and proximity sales), and the importance of parking at the area. All this matter is affecting the town stores and the main reason is that people cannot park close to these ones and, they decide to buy a larger shopping areas with areas designated for parking. The solution to this problem is simple according to my point of view. It would take only finish asphalting the side areas that have been left unmade because they take up a lot of parking space.

Finally, I believe that the decision taken in relation to asphalting of the Riera has not been taken into account neither the opinion nor the needs of the inhabitants of Arenys de Munt and, although you cannot do anything, I think it is good someone has to reveal these aspects.

I’m writing to express my concern about the dirt of the streets. After summer I have noticed an increased of dog shits, dirty and all of kind of materials in the streets.

First of all, Arenys is a beautiful town but any tree, any wall or pathway is good to use as a pipi can or a trash. Is impossible to walk without watching each step for not to tread anything not wanted, and by the side this can not be healthy.

To make matters worse, all that extra materials in the street clog the water grids and consequently the water accumulates making big puddles and flooding houses sometimes

I strongly urge you  to put some fees to the people don’t pick up his pet shits or do not use the trash and also make some information campaign to make see people how important is to follow the rules for a good coexistence.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the cleaning of Avinguda panagall. I have lived here since I was two years old, but recently I have realized that the sidewalk is dirtier than years ago.  But maybe the town hall didn’t know it yet. 

I know  we are in a complicated economic situation and the town hall is doing everything as it’s possible, but is very awkward walk along this street. Others streets of Arenys de Munt are in the same situation, but I’m especially worried about my street, AV Panagall.  

Could you find any way for improving the cleaning of this street?

I think one solution would be contract more street sweepers, they could be young people like the Brigada, which works only in summer. Maybe they could work some days for doing this task.

I'm writing to express my concern about the amount of dirt in my street. The purpose of this letter is to find a solution for this problem.

I realise that the problem is from the people but I think that it's also a problem from the distribution of the cleaning staff. At least in my street there's an amount of dirt unbelievable. Apart from the dog excrements, that causes a bad smell, some people living in this street are very dirty, they leave their dirt on the street and no one from the cleaning staff cleans it or takes it till a long time. The dirt can be in the street for one week. And also you can see the cleaning staff pass by the street without cleaning. All of these problems make people live so uncomfortable in their own town, including me.

I think that some good solutions are to clean more often the streets where there's more dirt or to clean them with water or some type of product to avoid the bad smell, aware people about this situation, and I also think that the trashes can be more closer, there's a lot of distance between them.

I am writing to express my concern regarding about the problem that teenagers have with the public bus schedule in this village.

I realise that the public bus comes few times to our village because in Sant Iscle there is not much population and at some hours nobody use these transport; but I urge you to make some changes in the bus schedule because it causes important problems to the teen inhabitants of the village.

One of these problems is that mostly inhabitants of Sant Iscle study outside of the village , they study in cities or towns like Barcelona ,Mataró, ... To go to these places most youth have to catch the train in Arenys de Mar. The problem is that it's impossible to arrive at time in Barcelona, Mataró.... catching the first bus at 7:00 am if class starts at 8:00 am. Only people with car permission or people that have somebody who can bring them to Arenys de Mar's train station can arrive at time to school.

I urge you to make some changes in the bus schedule because in my opinion the public bus schedule should not be an impediment for people to study what or where they want .

I am writing this letter to express my concern regarding about the problem of some streets from our village.
 There is a lot of sand in the streets, and it is very dangerous for motorcycle drivers

because the sand is slippery and it is very easy to fall down.

This problem does not happen only where the Riera was made sand but also at the tarmarc part too. Some days ago I went with my motorcycle and I fell down because I slipped with the sand. Just a note to say I am not the only person that this problem hapen I have meet other cases.
This situation it is very dangerous because one day some person could fall down  and may 

have extensive damage. We hope that this situation never arrives.

Could you look for a solution?

In my opinion I propose to  clean the streets every day or a  minimum three times in the      week.I think that this problem is very important to solve because
the most important is  the security of the drivers.

I'm writing to express my grievance about the night buses that they can not arrive to Arenys de Munt or another towns in the night. The night buses only work to villages that are next to the sea, such as Mataró, Caldetas, Arenys de Mar... 

First of all, around our village there is not any place to go party and when we can go out we must go to Mataró or Calella because are some discos there, and we have to go with car and sometimes in bus and wait the train one hour in train station. When the discos are so far away of us most of my friends decide staying at home because some have not car to go house. In this time of crisis not all the people can pay a taxi because it is too expensive. Also few of my friends have 18 years old any have the car license. Always some fathers pick up us and bring us home at 5 in the morning.

I consider the solution to create a new line night bus cheaper and affordable for all the young people, those that the fathers could not pick up and also one bus that can bring up to Arenys de Mar to our town in nights because lot of people could catch it.

I am writting to complain about the buses from Arenys de Munt to Arenys de Mar timetable.

People like me, who use the bus frequently, feel that the timetable is wrong. There are too few services and the young people find themselves without any transport from 09:49 p.m. onwards. This make that young people have to come from Arenys de Mar on food, with the dangers of vision at night that can cause an accident. On top of that the buses time are not in accordance with the trains timetable, many times. We can see that the train arrives at the station and people have to wait for nearly one hour for the next one.

To end un I think that at the weekends the service is very poor and it is when people travel the most. It is for this that I am adressing to you Sir. to let you know the situation with the hope that you can do something about the problem.

I am writing to express my concern of the bus schedule on weekends. My boyfriend and some of my friends are from Sant Iscle, a near town of our village, and, when I want to go there on the weekend, I can not because there are only two buses in the whole weekend.

First of all, I realise that it may be a problem of the bus company and a problem of the mayor of Sant Iscle, Eduard Turón, but on weekends I am totally incommunicado. The buses that work on the weekend are at eight and at half past one on Saturday and then you do not have any buses to move around on Saturdays' afternoon and on Sundays. Moreover, if you do not have car, motorbike or the age to drive is impossible to you to go to Sant Iscle, so somedays I can not go training or go to see my boyfriend and my friends. And I know some people that somedays have to go to the work walking from Sant Iscle to Arenys de Munt or to the train station of Arenys de Mar.

I think the best solution would be to invest more money in the buses to help the people from Sant Iscle, Arenys de Munt and Arenys de Mar to can move better on weekends. It would be good to have  four or five buses that go to Sant Iscle and return to Arenys de Munt and Arenys de Mar to facility the mobility of our inhabitants.

I realise that it may be a problem of the companies like Orange, Vodafone, Movistar..., but this problem affect to a lot of people that are studying or working and they need a good Internet connection as me. 

Moreover, when the weather is not good like it is raining or windy the Internet does not work. Every day the Internet connection is weak but when it rains it is impossible to work on Internet. I am in second of baccalaureate and sometimes when I am searching information, doing a work, doing homework on Internet it is impossible to do it well.

The solution I consider the best is to install the fiber optic earlier than planned to solution this problem and improve the quality of the Internet.

Dear Mr Rabasseda,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the proposal of raising the bus prices. I realise that raising the prices would improve the salary of drivers and, over time, would improve some things of the vehicle. Even so, a round trip to the next village (about 4 kilometers away) costs 4,30€. I think that it is very expensive. 

First of all, students and young people who do not work have no budget to pay this high price, and less for a short trip. It is true that with a bus card you pay less, but eventually it costs the same.

To make matters worse, buses do not accept bills above 10€, so you have to use coins. 

Public service would have to serve all costumers. With the crisis in crescendo that is in this country, the price of transport is too expensive and, therefore, not everyone can enjoy it.

I strongly urge you to talk with the bus company and try to reduce the bus fare. I suggest to put a bicycle service free or at least cheaper than the bus for the citizens. The service could be connected with the Town Hall of Arenys de Munt and the Town Hall of Arenys de Mar, like the bicycle service of Barcelona called "bicing".
